• content that promotes terrorism;
• pornographic or child exploitation content;
• counterfeit content or content that is manifestly contrary to applicable law, public morality or public order.

DALiNK Conseil reserves the right to remove any non-compliant content and to suspend or delete the account of the User concerned.

8. Suspension and termination

In case of breach of these terms, DALiNK Conseil reserves the right to suspend User access until the cause of suspension has been resolved, or to delete the account depending on the severity of the breach.

The User may at any time stop using the services and close their personal account without notice, charge or reason, from their account settings.

In all cases, the User remains responsible for any use of their account prior to its closure.

9. Personal data
